Is there a contract?
No long contract. It's rolling monthly: just give 30 days' notice.
Is there a setup fee?
There's a £99 setup fee, but you only pay it if you leave within your first 3 months. Stay 3 months and it's waived.
Is ad spend included in the fee?
No. Our fee is for management only. Your ad spend is paid directly to Google and Meta on your own card, never through us.
Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?
One focused service for one trade: oven cleaning. No bespoke everything-for-everyone, no layers of account managers, no fancy office, so the price stays fair.
Who owns the campaigns?
Your ad spend is always on your own card, and you can always see your results and spend. The campaign build (structure, keywords, ad copy and settings) is created by Eagle Eye and always belongs to Eagle Eye. If you leave, the ads stop and nothing transfers, unless you choose to pay a one-off buyout fee to take the campaign build with you. Full details are in our terms.
Can I upgrade from Google to Google + Facebook?
Yes, any time. The new price applies from your next monthly payment.
